![]() You can tell the best place to catch Lunkers in the larger Fishing Holes such as the two in the Waking Shores because these areas are marked with a large whale-tail totem built by the Tuskarrs (smaller fishing holes such as the ones in Ohn'ahran Plains and Azure Span do not have these, since there isn't a need to mark out a specific area). Catching an Ominous Conch outside a Fishing Hole gives a small chance to summon a non-elite Massive Lunker, which you can still catch and loot/skin. You can get an occasional small Lunker while fishing if you happen to catch an Ominous Conch. ![]() Lunkers appear most reliably in active Fishing Holes - and the elite Lunkers only appear there. Put it out onto your hotbar for easy access. Unlike the Iskaaran Fishing Net, the Harpoon is an actual item in your inventory, so take care not to throw it out by accident. If you don't see a (1), you're missing something. When you have all the items, you will see a (1) after the Iskaaran Harpoon click to craft your harpoon. ![]() Once you have all three items, return to Tavio and ask her about crafting Tuskarr equipment. He does have a heal that is a bit annoying, but watch for it and interrupt it if possible. He's not a particularly tough fight and most players with reasonable gear will be able to solo him without issues. Once you have investigated all three items, Fisherman Tinnak will appear. These are all located in the Frostlands, on the waterfalls due east of Camp Antonidas: To spawn Fisherman Tinnak, you will need to find three items. Once you've made your harpoon, you cannot spawn him again unless you destroy your existing Harpoon. However, in most cases, you'll need to spawn him yourself, since this mob can only be spawned while you are looking for the harpoon parts. He's not usually up, although if someone has already spawned him, you can just participate in the kill and loot the Tattered Seavine from him when he's dead. This one requires a bit of work, including killing a silver elite Tuskarr ghost named Fisherman Tinnak, which drops the Tattered Seavine. With a respawn time of about 15 seconds, it's just not worth going anywhere else. This isn't necessary because there's one very reliable spawn spot that has no nearby mobs. However, many of the locations are within hostile areas that require fighting to acquire. There are several locations for the Wooden Pole - there are several out in the Azure Span. The Harpoon Head is right nearby, on an anvil at /way 12.90 48.79. You will not be able to see or pick up any of these items unless your Dragon Isles Fishing skill is at least 25.
